Appears to be a schismatic spin-off of SSPX - not aligned with the Archdiocese of Denver.

Found this on a google search for churches near my airport hotel. A quick glance of the website showed a convenient Mass time for the feast of the Immaculate Conception. Didn't realize at the time that they only do Tridentine rite, AND that they consider the Novus Ordo to be invalid.

It's a beautiful chapel. It was a very reverent service. The priest is a gifted orator. I was just disappointed to learn that they aren't in communion with the rest of the Church. :-/ Saying my prayers tonight for Christian unity.

  • I went to Church here when I was a little boy, went every Sunday with my Grandma. It was a Baptist Church then. It became Roman Catholic in the 1980's

It's The Society of St. Pius X, an excommunicated group that followed Archbishop LeFevre in their refusal to accept the rulings of the Second Vatican Council. My mother made me attend for several years when I was a young teenager. It was a good group of people as long as you believe the way they do.
