  • I am approximately a 4 year member and adore this church. Our latest and current pastor is a man of God and is quite skilled in leadership in the way of the Seventh Day Adventist teachings and our 28 fundamentals. Anyone visiting "my" wonderful and blessed church and not properly greeted, please ask for me and I will personally address this. Please visit our and your church for a blessing.

When i walked into the church i was not immediately greeted but once I went up to the entry doors of the sanctuary the lady was so kind. I know a lady that goes to this church so i was looking for her. She doesn't like for me to wear my hat so out of respect for her i usually take it off because she acts like my momma sometimes so i have to obey what she says. This church is more traditional and sing a lot of hymns. They do not like you to clap. This is a very diverse church. Races of all kinds. They love to cook and pretty much have potluck every week. Food is awesome. One thing that happen in the church that i can't shake is that
A elder walked up to me and told me to take my hat off. I told him we can talk about this later, but I am not taking my hat off unless we are praying. If you have rules about hats put a sign up. They have signs saying to not bring food or drinks so why not put one up about hats? But anyways the old way with men wearing hats in buildings needs to be tossed and changed. How am i evil because i wear a hat? The pastor and his family as well as his wife are very talented and king. This is a good church to go to however, the people around are not as friendly. it seems as if they come in just to be there and leave just as quick as they get there.
